By accessing or using the Hexara Bot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services. These terms govern your use of AI trading bots, staking packages, affiliate programs, wallets, and all other platform features.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading and investment services in your jurisdiction. By using Hexarabot, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of our platform does not violate any applicable laws.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Enable 2FA for maximum security. Hexarabot is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Our AI trading bots execute arbitrage and algorithmic strategies across Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and KuCoin using your connected API keys. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk of loss. You are responsible for setting appropriate risk parameters in your bot configuration.
Staking packages (Starter 8%, Growth 12%, Pro 18%, Elite 25% APY) involve depositing crypto assets for a defined period. Rewards are calculated daily and credited at 00:00-00:03 UTC. APY rates may vary. Withdrawals prior to maturity may incur penalties as defined in the platform terms.
The 10-level affiliate commission system pays commissions when referred users activate staking packages or subscribe to trading bots. Commission rates: Level 1 (10%), Level 2 (5%), Level 3 (3%), Levels 4-10 (1%). Rank qualification is based on cumulative team volume.
All content, code, branding, and interfaces on the Hexara Bot platform are the exclusive property of Hexara Bot Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without explicit written consent.
Hexara Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Pending rewards and balances will be handled per our offboarding policy.
